Secure Vetting

Security is a vital element of our work. All staff have to produce their passport, right to work, and proof of address. We scan passports to ensure they are genuine, we manage expiring visas and our proof of address checks are stringent (must be bank statement, utility or council tax bill).

Key holding responsibilities are only given when we have got to know the staff member well ourselves.

Quality Control

The Spotless APP allows our Account Managers to inspect a building and give a cleanliness performance score out of 100.

You get to see this too, real time, on the Client Portal.

If the score is low (ie under 80%) we create next actions to ensure we get it back to where it needs to be the next time.
