London MOP session – August 2015

The Moan or Praise (MOP) sessions are fast becoming an integral part of engaging with colleagues. On the 12th of August 2015, we had a great MOP session with some of our London colleagues with all participants encouraged to bring food from their home country.

The Moan or Praise (MOP) sessions are fast becoming an integral part of engaging with colleagues. On the 12th of August 2015, we had a great MOP session with some of our London colleagues with all participants encouraged to bring food from their home country. We ended up having a wide array of delicacies from Somalia, Columbia, Ecuador Portugal, England – and, of course, the Irn Bru flavoured macaroon bars from Scotland courtesy of our CEO Niall.

Amongst the sampling and savouring of the various dishes, some pertinent issues were discussed in an open and honest environment with some creative solutions put forward by our colleagues on how we can ultimately make everyone’s life easier.

The great thing about these sessions is that we hear about the real issues first-hand and can then go about resolving them – and not just for the benefit of the attendees but for the wider benefit of all our people at Spotless.
