Foreign cleaners have to undertake a language test to evaluate their understanding of basic health and safety matters.
All newly recruited staff undergo a basic induction to Spotless, and to their site, so that they are aware of the relevant risk assessments, holiday procedures, disciplinary procedures, and all other procedures outlined in our Employment Guide.
Training
Spotless ensures that all it's operatives from Directors to cleaning staff receive the same detailed training throughout.
We believe that investment in training leads to better staff retention, greater commitment and increased productivity. This in turn, produces high standards and continually satisfied clients.
All training is documented and company training guides are in place for all technical skills to ensure a consistent approach.
