Roger Green

Roger Green, CEO and Founder

Roger set up Spotless in 1988 while still at Edinburgh University. The company grew and grew, and a plan was hatched to grow Spotless into a national brand with total UK coverage.


Niall Moffat

Niall Moffat, Group Managing Director

Niall joined the company in March 2006 as Group Financial Controller and was soon promoted to the position of Group Managing Director. Niall qualified with Scott Oswald in 1994 and then spent 4 years in Bermuda working for Ernst and Young.


Cathy Brockie

Cathy Brockie, Managing Director, Edinburgh

Cathy joined Spotless in 1993 as a Manager, and was appointed in 2002 as Company Operations Director, and subsequently in 2006 as Managing Director of the Edinburgh division. Cathy has a wealth of experience in the industry, and a tireless commitment to customer satisfaction.


Tracie Stevens

Tracie Stevens, Director, Edinburgh

Tracie was the first member of office staff to be employed by Spotless in 1991. She was appointed a Director in 1997, and specialises in overseeing all administration and payroll matters in the company.


Karrie Brockie

Karrie Brockie, Director, Daisy Hygiene Supplies

Karrie was appointed as Director of Daisy in 2005 after 5 years experience managing the hygiene and supplies division.


Fiona Thomson

Fiona Thomson, Director, Newcastle

Fiona joined Spotless in Edinburgh in 1995, and took on the challenge in 2004 of setting up the Newcastle operation from scratch. Two years on, she has built a solid business foundation for future growth.


Lucille Teven

Lucille Teven, Director, Daisy Hygiene Supplies

Lucille joined Daisy in 2003 as Sales Manager, with an impressive sales and sales management track record with PHS. Lucille now presides over the Daisy sales team as well as Director responsibilities.


Marilyn Sinclair

Marilyn Sinclair, Director, Aberdeen

Marilyn was originally employed to manage our HMV contract, which she did very successfully for 2 years. In May 2006, Marilyn was appointed as Divisional Manager to set up and run our operation in Aberdeen and the North of Scotland.


Isobel Potter

Isobel Potter, Health and Safety Director

Isobel started with Spotless as a Service Manager in 2000. She then got involved with Health and Safety which lead to a new position being made within the company. She was appointed Director in 2008.


Michelle Lamb

Michelle Lamb, Director, Glasgow

Michelle joined Spotless on a TUPE transfer in 1995, and gradually worked her way to Service Manager, Group Manager and now Director. Michelle fronts our Glasgow business which grows impressively every year.


Sheila Yates

Sheila Yates, Director, London

Sheila has a wealth of experience in the cleaning industry in London and England and joined Spotless in 2006 to front and develop all operations in London, England and Ireland.
