Roger Green - CEO and Founder

Roger set up Spotless in 1988 while still at Edinburgh University. The company grew and grew, and a plan was hatched to grow Spotless into a national brand with total UK coverage. Roger travels frequently among the 5 offices, and is very hands on with all new projects, initiatives and growth opportunities.

Niall Moffat - Group Managing Director

Niall joined the company in March 2006 as Group Financial Controller and was soon promoted to the position of Group Managing Director. Niall qualified as a CA with Scott Oswald in 1994 and then spent 4 years in Bermuda working for Ernst and Young.

Cathy Brockie - Managing Director, Edinburgh

Cathy joined Spotless in 1993 as a Manager, and was appointed in 2002 as Company Operations Director, and subsequently in 2006 as Managing Director of the Edinburgh division. Cathy has a wealth of experience in the industry, and a tireless commitment to customer satisfaction.

Fiona Thomson - Director, Newcastle

Fiona joined Spotless in Edinburgh in 1995, and took on the challenge in 2004 of setting up the Newcastle operation from scratch. She has now built a successful company with a solid business foundation for future growth and unparalleled customer retention and satisfaction. She has created a strong sense of teamwork with her immediate group of managers and admin staff.

Isobel Potter - HR Director

Isobel started with Spotless as a Service Manager in 2000. She became involved with Health and Safety which lead to a new position being made within the company. She was appointed HR Director in 2008, and advises and leads us very successfully though the maze of all personnel matters and health and safety management. Isobel, like almost all our company heads, is IOSH accredited.

Michelle Lamb - Director, Glasgow

Michelle joined Spotless as a cleaning operative on a TUPE transfer in 1995, and gradually worked her way to Service Manager, Group Manager and now Director. Michelle fronts our Glasgow business which grows impressively every year.

Rod Leach - Regional Manager

Rod heads up our growing Aberdeen and North East Scotland division. Rod comes from a military background and brings valuable military precision skills to the operation. He also has specific experience in the hospitality trade which lends him a sensitivity and understanding of customer requirements and satisfaction.  The combined blend of these skills ensures a happy workforce and happy customers.
