Spotless Commercial Cleaning Ltd was founded in 1988 by Roger Green. The Company began its business life providing cleaning and housekeeping services within the support services market in Edinburgh.
However, with offices now in London, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Aberdeen and Glasgow, Spotless is now fast becoming one of the most exciting new and experienced cleaning contractors within the UK. Each office is run by a nominated Director, and their own support team.
Since forming in 1988, Spotless is now operating over 800 contracts in the cleaning sector, providing a full range of cleaning services in establishments from blue chip companies, retail outlets, industrial leaders and premiere commercial premises.
To support the commitment to establish itself as a major provider of cleaning services, the company has assembled an experienced management team, an investment that has brought together a wealth of experience from other leading companies in the industry.
The company is still majority owned by Roger Green, but with approximately 20 members of senior management owning 20% of the company. This makes for significant length of service from the management team, allowing a sense of stability which pervades the whole organisation.
In 1998 Spotless established Daisy Hygiene Supplies, a separate arm of the company dedicated to washroom and hygiene supplies. This allows us to supply Spotless clients with competitive prices for rental hygiene services and general washroom consumables.
Spotless has always encouraged an informal but professional style of management. We communicate well with our clients, ensuring we understand your needs and deliver accordingly. We measure ourselves by way of quality assessment scores in every site, and these scores are developed into an internal league table which we can analyse and act upon.
We have developed a culture of real understanding and practical application of Health and Safety issues, with robust procedures in place to ensure we manage and limit all risks of injury to ourselves, our clients and the general public.
