Q. Do you cover all areas of UK and Ireland?
A. Yes
Q. Do you have a Minimum Charge?
A. Yes, £60.00 + VAT per week, which normally caters for 1 hour of cleaning, 5 days per week.
Q. Do you have a maximum charge?
A. No, we currently have clients paying up to £1.5m per annum for multisite contracts throughout the UK.
Q. Do you operate at weekends?
A. Yes, we clean all types of licensed premises, retail premises and museums at weekends. We work 365 days per annum.
Q. Do you train and induct all members of staff?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you have an ongoing Quality Assessment procedure?
A. Yes, we agree a user-friendly QA programme with our clients from the outset, and stick to it rigidly. This may be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly quality assessment. The QA scores are tracked and improvement sought where necessary.
Q. Are you accredited with Investors in People and ISO9000?
A. We are ISO90002 accredited, and we are due for Investors in People Assessment in January 2009.
Q. Do you check visas and passports of all cleaners?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you pay good rates of pay?
A. A. Where possible we pay a premium on the National Minimum Wage (NMW) in order to attract the best cleaners. Sometimes, market forces determine that NMW is applicable, and we do occasionally pay this rate. Our average rate of pay across the UK is £5.80.
Q. Do you undertake your own PAT testing?
A. No, we subcontract this work. Certificates are available on request.
