Certain carpets are only covered under warranty if the approved method of cleaning is undertaken, and this is why we would recommend specialist nominated contractors to undertake the work on our behalf.
Naturally, we obtain preferential industry costs, and the cost to you therefore should be no greater than if you approached our supplier direct.
